MYFLY AIRWAYS POLICY AND RULES

ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS MUST BE FOLLOWED UNDER THE RULE OF MYFLY AIRWAYS.
TO EDIT THIS DOCUMENT OR RULES IN THIS POLICY, A VOTE FROM ALL EXECUTIVES MUST BE HELD. THE MAJORITY DECISION IS THE ONE THAT IS TAKEN.
SECTION 1 - BASIC INFORMATION

BEING A MYFLY MEMBER, YOU HAVE AGREED TO FOLLOW THE RULES IN THIS DOCUMENT.

ALL MEMBERS HAVE TO BE 13 AND ABOVE.
-
MEMBERS HAVE TO RESPECT THE ADMINISTRATION THAT INCLUDES STERLING, RAJA AND WHITE.
-
ALL MEMBERS NEED TO HAVE A MICROPHONE TO EVEN BE CONSIDERED AS A CANDIDATE FOR MYFLY.
-
TO BE QUALIFIED TO BECOME AN EXECUTIVE, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE BEEN IN MYFLY AIRWAYS FOR A MINIMUM OF 4 MONTHS.
SECTION 2 - MISC.
-
UNIFORMS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL JOBS AND MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE JOB.
-
MYFLY PROPERTY INCLUDES AIRCRAFT, CARS, SHUTTLES, HELICOPTERS OR BOATS.
-
DESTRUCTION OF MYFLY PROPERTY WILL RESULT IN A TEMPORARY BAN WHICH WILL LAST 48 HOURS. AFTER THIS FIRST TEMPORARY BAN, IF DESTRUCTION CONTINUES, A HOLD ON THE EMPLOYEE WILL BE PLACED. A MEETING WILL BE CALLED BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVES TO DISCUSS THE MEMBER. IF NECESSARY, A VOTE WILL BE CAST TO DECIDE THE FATE OF THE MEMBER. THE MAJORITY DECISION WILL BE TAKEN. *THIS RULE APPLIES ONLY DURING FLIGHT HOURS.
SECTION 3 - MISC. 2
I. IF A MYFLY EXECUTIVE IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A MEMBER OF MYFLY AIRWAYS, A MEETING MUST BE HELD BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVES TO MAKE A DECISION ON THAT MEMBER. IF NECESSARY A VOTE MAY BE HELD TO DECIDE WHETHER THE MEMBER STAYS OR GOES. THE MAJORITY DECISION IS TAKEN.
II. MYFLY SCHEDULE MUST BE FOLLOWED. THE SCHEDULE IS POSTED ON THE MYFLY WEBSITE, IF NOT VERBALLY CONTACTED.
III. MYFLY EMPLOYEES THAT CONTINUE TO KILL OR HARM EXECUTIVES OR OTHER MEMBERS REQUIRES THAT A HOLD WILL BE PLACED ON THAT MEMBER. A MEETING WILL BE CALLED TO DECIDE THE FATE OF THAT MEMBER. A VOTE WILL BE CAST AND THE MAJORITY DECISION WILL BE TAKEN.
SECTION 4 - BECOMING A CREW MEMBER
I. AFTER A CANDIDATE IS PROSPECTED TO JOIN MYFLY, A VOTE FROM THE EXECUTIVES MUST BE HELD TO CONFIRM THIS DECISION. THE MAJORITY DECISION IS TAKEN.
II. ONCE BECOMING A CADET IN MYFLY AIRWAYS, A MINIMUM OF 5 GROUND AND FLIGHT HOURS AND 25 SUCCESSFUL LANDINGS AT MCKENZIE IN A CUBAN 800 MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR SECOND OFFICER.
III. ONCE BECOMING A SECOND OFFICER, A MINIMUM OF 20 FLIGHT HOURS EACH IN THE RIGHT SEAT OF A SHAMAL MUST BE COMPLETED TO BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR JUNIOR FIRST OFFICER.
IV. ONCE BECOMING A JUNIOR FIRST OFFICER, A MINIMUM OF 15 FLIGHT HOURS IN THE RIGHT SEAT OF EITHER A MILJET OR A SHAMAL MUST BE COMPLETED TO BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR SENIOR FIRST OFFICER.
V. ONCE BECOMING A SENIOR FIRST OFFICER, A MINIMUM OF 20 FLIGHT HOURS IN THE RIGHT SEAT OF EITHER A MILJET OR A SHAMAL AND 15 FLIGHT HOURS EACH IN THE LEFT SEAT OF A MILJET AND SHAMAL MUST BE COMPLETED TO BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR JUNIOR CAPTAIN.
VI. ONCE BECOMING A JUNIOR CAPTAIN, HE/SHE WILL DECIDE WHETHER THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE A PART OF MYFLY PRIVATE OR MYFLY COMMERCIAL. ONCE THEY CHOOSE A BRANCH, HE/SHE WILL TRAIN WITH THE BRANCH HEAD ON THE FLAGSHIP PLANE; THE MILJET FOR MYFLY COMMERCIAL OR THE NIMBUS FOR MYFLY PRIVATE.
VII. ONCE BECOMING A JUNIOR CAPTAIN, A MINIMUM OF 35 FLIGHT HOURS IN THE LEFT SEAT OF THE FLAGSHIP AIRCRAFT OF EITHER BRANCH MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER TO BE A CANDIDATE FOR SENIOR CAPTAIN.
IIX. TRAINING TIME ONLY COUNTS WHEN EITHER STERLING, RAJA OR WHITE ARE ON THE TRAINEE’S AIRCRAFT.

SECTION 5- AIRCRAFT RULES AND PROCEDURES
I. AIRCRAFT PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED. THIS INCLUDES CHECKLIST, FOLLOWING ATC INSTRUCTIONS AND FIRST OFFICERS MUST FOLLOW CAPTAIN'S COMMANDS.
II. TAXI LINES AND AIRSPACE CHARTS MUST BE OBEYED. RESTRICTED AIRSPACE IS COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS. ANY PERSONNEL NOT FOLLOWING THE CHARTS AND AIRPORT RESTRICTIONS WILL BE PUNISHED.

III. THESE PUNISHMENTS INCLUDE TEMPORARY SUSPENSIONS, FIRST TIME OFFENSE WILL BE 48 HOURS. ANY FURTHER ACTS WILL BE DECIDED BY A MEETING HELD BY ADMINISTRATION.
IV. ALL FLIGHTS IN THE MILJET AND NIMBUS MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF A JUNIOR FIRST OFFICER ON BOARD.
SECTION 6 - RULEMAKING

TO MAKE RULES ON THIS DOCUMENT, ALL EXECUTIVES OF MYFLY AIRWAYS MUST BE PRESENT.

THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT HAVE ACCESS TO EDITING OR ADDING TO THESE RULES ARE THE THREE ORIGINAL MEMBERS: STERLING, JAMISON AND RAJA.
-
ANY ADDITIONAL RULES OR IDEAS BY THE EXECUTIVES CAN BE ADDED THROUGH THE VOTING SYSTEM. THE MAJORITY DECISION WILL BE TAKEN.
SECTION 7 - CRUISING AND FLIGHT RULES
-
ONCE AT CRUISING LEVEL, PILOTS MAY TURN ON THE IN FLIGHT RADIO. THE STATIONS THAT CAN BE TURNED ON INCLUDE: REBEL RADIO, LOS SANTOS ROCK, NON STOP POP, WEST COAST FM, LOWDOWN FM AND WORLDWIDE FM. THE RADIO MUST BE TURNED OFF WHEN DESCENDING FROM CRUISING ALTITUDE.

NO GUNS ARE ALLOWED ON BOARD THE AIRCRAFT AT ANYTIME. IF A WEAPON IS ON BOARD, THERE WILL BE A SUSPENSION

ALL PASSENGERS AND CREW ABOARD THE AIRCRAFT MUST SWITCH THEIR WEAPON TO FISTS BY CLICKING “X” ON THEIR CONTROLLER.

IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY SUCH AS ENGINE FAILURE OR CRASH LANDING, AN INVESTIGATION MEETING WILL BE CALLED TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE AND FAULT OF THE AIRCRAFT.
SECTION 8 - PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS

ALL CREW MEMBERS ABOVE THE RANK OF JUNIOR FIRST OFFICER MUST HAVE A HOUSE IN THE NORTH SECTION OF THE MAP, AS THIS IS THE HUB FOR MYFLY AIRWAYS.

PERSONAL TRANSPORTATION MUST BE USED TO GET TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT.
-
MYFLY DOES NOT OFFICIALLY PROVIDE A TRANSPORTATION FOR EMPLOYEES TO OR FROM AIRPORT.
-
MEMBERS THAT ARE ENTERING THE AIRPORT, THEY MUST USE THE MYFLY AIRWAYS SHUTTLE SERVICE PROVIDED AT THE MYFLY TERMINAL AT LSIA, BLAINE COUNTY OR PALETO BAY.
SECTION 9 - MEMBER REQUIREMENTS
-
ALL MEMBERS MUST REVEAL THEIR TRUE AGE TO BECOME A JUNIOR FIRST OFFICER. IF MYFLY EXECUTIVES DEEM THEIR AGE AND STORY SUSPICIOUS, A MEETING BETWEEN THE EXECUTIVES AND THAT MEMBER WILL BE CALLED TO DISCUSS THIS MATTER.

LYING ABOUT ANYTHING IS PROHIBITED UNLESS DEEMED JUSTIFIED BY A MAJORITY OF ADMINISTRATION.
-
ANYONE THAT WAS IN MYFLY AIRWAYS BEFORE JANUARY 1ST, 2017 IS NOT ABLE TO JOIN MYFLY AIRWAYS AGAIN.
-
ANYONE WHO WAS NOT IN MYFLY AIRWAYS BEFORE THE DATE JANUARY 1ST, 2017 IS ABLE TO JOIN THE ORGANIZATION.
-
ONLY MEMBERS THAT ARE AT THE RANK OF SENIOR CAPTAIN ARE ABLE TO USE OR STEP FOOT ONTO THE YACHT. ALL OTHER MEMBERS WILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT.
SECTION 10 - LAYOVER AND VACATIONS
-
MYFLY AIRWAYS VACATIONS ARE A PRIVILEGE NOT A GUARANTEE.
II. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED IN THE WEEK OF A VACATION YOU WILL NOT ATTEND.
III. ALL LAYOVERS ARE NO MORE THAN THREE DAYS IN GAME TIME.
SECTION 11 - MYFLY PRIVATE
-
OUR FLAGSHIP AIRCRAFT IS THE NIMBUS.
-
MEMBERS THAT DECIDE TO JOIN THE PRIVATE BRANCH MUST UNDERGO TWO TESTS.
-
THESE TESTS INCLUDE THE PRIVATE AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS TEST AND THE MANEUVER TEST.
-
THE PRIVATE AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS TEST WILL DETERMINE IF THE HEAD OF MYFLY PRIVATE THINKS YOU NEED EXTRA TRAINING WITHIN THE BRANCH AFTER YOU HAVE JOINED.
-
THE MANEUVERS TEST WILL SHOW YOUR ABILITY TO OPERATE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS SUCH AS MISSILE LOCK.
-
IF YOU DO NOT PASS EITHER TESTS, YOU MAY BE RECOMMENDED TO THE ADMINISTRATION FOR FURTHER TRAINING.
-
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE IN SNOW CONDITIONS, STORMING CONDITIONS AND ABLE TO OPERATE IN A CONGESTED AIRPORT.
-
PASSING BOTH TESTS GRANTS THE PRIVATE AIRCRAFT LICENSE.
-
ALL RULES THAT APPLY TO MYFLY PRIVATE CAN BE CHANGED AND RULES CAN BE ADDED WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE EXECUTIVES.
SECTION 12 - MYFLY COMMERCIAL
-
OUR FLAGSHIP AIRCRAFT IS THE MILJET.
-
ANY NEW MEMBER THAT DECIDES TO JOIN THE COMMERCIAL BRANCH MUST UNDERGO TWO TESTS.
-
THESE TESTS INCLUDE THE COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS TEST AND THE MANEUVER TEST.
-
THE COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFT OPERATIONS TEST WILL DETERMINE WHETHER THE HEAD OF MYFLY COMMERCIAL THINKS YOU NEED EXTRA TRAINING WITHIN THE BRANCH AFTER YOU HAVE JOINED.

THE MANEUVERS TEST WILL SHOW YOUR ABILITY TO OPERATE IN EXTREME CONDITIONS SUCH AS MISSILE LOCK.

IF YOU DO NOT PASS EITHER TESTS, YOU MAY BE RECOMMENDED TO THE ADMINISTRATION FOR FURTHER TRAINING.

ALL CADETS IN THE BRANCH MUST ACHIEVE THEIR COMMERCIAL AIRCRAFTS LICENSE.

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE IN SNOW CONDITIONS, STORMING CONDITIONS AND ABLE TO OPERATE IN A CONGESTED AIRPORT.

ALL RULES THAT APPLY TO MYFLY COMMERCIAL CAN BE CHANGED WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE EXECUTIVES
SECTION 13 - MYFLY DEFENSE

THE HEAD OF OPERATIONS AT THIS BRANCH ARE JAMISON AND RAJA
-
TO QUALIFY FOR BECOMING A PILOT AT MYFLY DEFENSE YOU MUST BE A CAPTAIN WITH AN COMMERCIAL LICENSE.COMMERCIAL LICENSE MUST BE PROVIDED BECAUSE OF THE MANEUVERS TEST.
SECTION 14 - EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND OVERRIDING POLICY
-
THE CEO OF MYFLY AIRWAYS HAS THE ABILITY TO MAKE EXECUTIVE DECISIONS.
-
ALL ORDERS AND DECISIONS DO NOT NEED THE APPROVAL OF THE LEAD ADMINISTRATION.
-
EXECUTIVE ORDERS CAN BE OVERRIDDEN BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF TWO TO ONE.
-
ANYONE NON CO-OPERATIVE WITH THIS WILL BE PUNISHED WITH A SUSPENSION FROM ADMINISTRATION FOR A DECIDED PERIOD OF TIME BY THE CEO. CAN BE OVERRIDDEN WITH A MAJORITY VOTE.
-
ANY SUSPENSIONS FROM THE ADMINISTRATION BY EXECUTIVE ORDER CAN BE OVERTURNED WITH A MAJORITY RULING BY THE EXECUTIVES.
